When Liver Inflammation Triggers Back Pain

Back pain is one of the most common health issues, but its cause isn’t always in the spine. At Casa Terapia, we often discover that organ health—especially the liver—plays a hidden yet crucial role in balance, posture, and pain.

Liver is on his right

At Casa Terapia, I recently welcomed a patient in his late thirties – a young, active sportsman with a highly demanding and well-paid job. Despite his athletic lifestyle, his body was under significant oxidative stress, and he came to me suffering from strong lumbar and dorsal pain.

Realignment… but not enough

The first session allowed me to quickly realign his body, which relieved much of the pain. However, just three days later, the discomfort started to return. This was a clear sign that the root cause was not only mechanical.

The hidden role of the liver

Upon deeper assessment, we found that his liver was highly inflamed. When the liver is overworked or irritated, it can create imbalances throughout the body, leading to muscle tension and back pain. Our organs are not only vital for physical function, but they also strongly influence our emotional balance.

A holistic approach

For this patient, we began a program of global remineralization combined with targeted liver anti-inflammatory care. By addressing the metabolic source of the problem, we could restore balance and provide longer-lasting relief from pain.

Take care of your organs

Back pain is not always about the spine alone. A healthy lifestyle – proper nutrition, hydration, rest, and stress management – is essential. Caring for your organs ensures better posture, less pain, and improved emotional well-being.
