Each day begins with a tailored hot bath enriched with therapeutic elements, helping to:

👐 Step 2: Manual & Physiotherapeutic Bodywork
Once your body is relaxed and “open” from the bath, we perform targeted therapies, depending on your condition. Techniques we use include:

We recommend to start with 3 to 4 consecutive Metabolic Baths - 1 per day - to kickstart the regeneration process. Then you can start the Therapeutic Sessions.
