Minerals Recharge
Minerals : Keys of Metabolism

Experience tranquility and a sense of weightlessness. Our flotation tanks provide a unique escape from the constraints of time and gravity. As you float, the mineral water envelops you, blurring the lines between water and air, allowing your body to fully unwind.
Our Bath revitalizes your body with essential minerals that over 75% of Europeans lack.
The benefits are extensive: it acts as a natural antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, alleviating joint and muscle pain, as well as skin like acne, eczema, and psoriasis.
Given the widespread minerals deficiency in today's society, where food quality has significantly declined, soaking in our bath allows the skin to absorb this mineral effectively through the skin, as it is highly concentrated in the water. Skin tissue serves as an effective pathway for mineral absorption, especially since the small intestine, the primary site for nutrient absorption, often struggles with mineral uptake. While this practice provides an additional source of minerals, it should not replace a balanced diet. Minerals play a vital role in reducing fatigue and supporting normal energy metabolism within the body.

Pre-floatation:
After a visit to the bathroom, you can slip away to your cabin. After putting in earplugs, Vaseline if necessary and removing your makeup, it is time to take a shower (an essential step so that we can ensure an impeccable level of hygiene).
Floatation:
The session lasts for 45 minutes, allowing you to completely unwind. Whether you prefer the hood open or closed, and the light on or off, the choice is yours! Feel free to drift off to sleep, stretch, or meditate. Everyone experiences their own unique flotation.
Post-Floatation:
Following your session, it's important to take a break before resuming your treatments or getting back in your vehicle. If the weather is pleasant, we recommend enjoying some time on a deckchair, taking a swim, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or savoring a refreshing cocktail.
FAQs
What temperature is the water heated to?
The water is warmed to approximately 37.5 degrees, which is around skin temperature, ensuring it’s not too hot or too cold. The aim is to create a sensation where you no longer feel the water, making you feel as if you’re on a cloud.
If I fall asleep or can't swim, will I sink?
No, you won't need to exert any effort to stay afloat due to the high salt content. Your body is designed to keep your face above water while you float, allowing you to relax and even fall asleep peacefully.
How can I achieve success in my floatation?
There is no right or wrong way to float. Each person has their own perspective, goals, timeline, and pace. Every floatation experience is unique and personal.
Can someone with claustrophobia float?
Absolutely. Our cocoons are spacious, providing ample room inside. You have complete control over your flotation experience, allowing you to easily and independently adjust the hood's opening. Additionally, the presence and color of the light inside play a crucial role in helping you float confidence.
What are the contraindications?
Floating is not advised for individuals who are prone to epileptic seizures, under the influence of narcotics or alcohol. It is also not recommended for those with infectious diseases, incontinence, major open wounds, or severe psychiatric issues.
